The Structural Variable Your Coaching Engagement Never Touched

The public post named the mechanism: the coaching industry addresses the personal variable while the structural variable — the incentive geometry that determines what behavior is actually rational inside your organization — runs untouched underneath every engagement, every initiative, every cycle of genuine effort. What it didn’t deliver is the applied layer. Knowing the structural variable exists is not the same as being able to see it in your own organization, and seeing it is not the same as knowing what to do about it before the Cascade has advanced far enough to require force instead of adjustment.
